Return & Exchange Policy

At Urban Ethnics, we aim to provide premium-quality socks and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our simple and transparent Return & Refund guidelines below.

1. Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation Email/SMS after placing your order.
If not received, contact: support@urbanethnics.com

2. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or within 24 hours (whichever is earlier).
Email: support@urbanethnics.com
 with your Order ID.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You can request a Return/Exchange if:

✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Damaged product received
✔ Manufacturing defect (holes, stitching issues, mismatched pair)

📌 Mandatory:

Share a full unboxing video with visible AWB label to report any issue.
Not Eligible for Return:

❌ Used or washed product
❌ Change of mind / liking other designs
❌ Size issues (all Urban Ethnics socks are standard free-size unless mentioned)
❌ Requests after 7 days of delivery
❌ Combo offers, BOGO, gift hampers, festival sales (non-returnable)

5. Return / Exchange Process

Email us within 7 days: support@urbanethnics.com
Attach Order ID + Issue Description + Unboxing Video/Images
Our team will respond within 48 hours
Courier pickup will be attempted up to 3 times
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

If the pincode is not serviceable, you may need to self-ship.

6. Charges

A flat ₹150 will be deducted for:
Return pickup
Processing & handling fee

Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after product is received and inspected.
Refund options:
* Bank Transfer / UPI
* Store Credit
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer only (no cash).
Refund timelines:
Online: 3–4 working days

COD: up to 30 days

8. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange (₹150 return pickup charges apply).
Exchange will be shipped within 7 days after receiving the returned item.

If the product is out of stock, we issue store credit or refund the difference.
